Free Christmas meal
Free Christmas Dinner for the Homeless, Elderly, Lonely and Struggling
We hosted our first free Christmas party on 25th December 2022 at The Drink Valley Swindon.
Thank you to everyone that helped us to feed nearly 60 people.
Last year in December 2022 we hosted our first Christmas lunch which was hosted on 25th December by Sylvester. As you all know the month of December and Christmas can be one of the loneliest time of the year for some people and the idea behind this was of course to bring people together to make it a more happy time of the year and due to the kindness of the community of Swindon we were able to achieve this and made it a day for everyone to remember by not just serving hot food all day but also by sharing presents.
This year 2023, We are looking forward to hosting yet another one on December 25th which will be hosted by Sylvester Okoli and sponsored by Route 8 Barbers. For us we always feel that we are the community where we want people to come together and our Barbers in Swindon and Barbers in Bristol and always looking at ways we can keep the spirit of the community alive. Our Christmas lunch will be in Swindon this year but we are hoping to extend it to Bristol as time goes on.

Prison Visits
We believe that everyone should be given a chance to right their wrongs and get on the right path and this is why one of our ways of engaging with those who have made the wrong choices is to visit prisons round the country giving talks on how they can change their life and helping them get on the right track. Some of this includes training them in barbering and looking at ways we can get the right tools for them. we also teach of the impact of crime in the community. Our Barbers in Oxford and Barbers in Swindon and Barbers in Bristol will look to working with prisons to see what way we can use our Barbershops in will help the community.
